Yes, Beauty Pro is cruelty free.
A global brand with offices in the UK, Europe, and Australia, Beauty Pro was established by Ibs Ansari and David Herdman in 2010. Its mission is to “help our community to achieve their skincare goals in a way that has the maximum impact on the skin and a minimal impact on the planet. All the while, adding a little luxury to your daily routine.” Beauty Pro started by producing easy-to-use face masks, then soon expanded their brand to include eye, hand, hair, and other body care categories.
Beauty Pro boasts of having two third party certifications. They gained cruelty free and vegan certifications from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)’s Beauty Without Bunnies program as well as a vegan certification from The Vegan Society. As stated on their About Us page, Beauty Pro introduced their first plant-based range in time for their 10th anniversary. A year after, they introduced their water-free, 100% vegan daily serums packaged in recyclable and reusable materials.
Furthermore, they explain their cruelty free and vegan stance on their FAQs page, sharing, “We are against animal testing and our business is officially accredited by PETA. Our plant based masks are made from bamboo, 100% water free and are certified by the Vegan Society. We plan to make all our masks water free in the next 12 months.”
