Is Trishave Cruelty Free?

Is Trishave Cruelty Free?

Yes, Trishave is cruelty free.

Owned by Australian Cosmeceuticals, Trishave sells three-in-one shaving solutions that can be used by both men and women. Aside from removing hair, their products help protect skin from aging, irritation, and other problems.

On its About Us page, Trishave shares, “Our contract manufacturing facility complies with the strictest guidelines set out by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (Australian equivalent of FDA) ensuring consistent product quality and supply.

TriShave brand holds an accreditation from Choose Cruelty Free organisation: the ingredients and products themselves have not been tested on animals. We aim wherever possible to use natural based ingredients.”

Note that although Trishave is certified cruelty free, it is only vegetarian friendly since their TriShave Shave Creme for Men and Women contain acetylated lanolin. This is a by-product of wool, and is therefore not considered suitable for vegans.
