Is Sukin Naturals Cruelty Free?

Is Sukin Naturals Cruelty Free?

The short answer: Yes, Sukin Naturals is cruelty free.

The long answer: Sukin Naturals goes beyond manufacturing skin care products for various concerns. It also produces hair care, body care, and men’s care lines using all-natural ingredients derived from plants, flowers, fruits, and vegetables.

A certified animal-friendly brand by Choose Cruelty Free, Sukin Naturals shares their stance on their FAQs page: “We are a vegan and cruelty free company. As a 100% vegan brand, we refrain from use of animal derivatives such as lanolin as well as animal by-products like honey and beeswax. Sukin is a certified 100% cruelty free company, committed to creating products that are free from animal testing, animal derivatives, and animal by-products. Sukin has been dedicated to cruelty free practices and products from day one. Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing, and we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.”

Sukin Naturals also shares that they sell their products in China through their online store. However, they maintain their cruelty free status by choosing “not to sell to physical stores due to China’s animal testing policies. Selling products online does not require compliance with China’s animal testing regime. We will never consider selling in physical stores in China until they change their policies around animal testing.”
