Is Poppy Austin Cruelty Free?

Is Poppy Austin Cruelty Free?

Yes, Poppy Austin is cruelty free.

Founded by Sara Smith, Poppy Austin is a skin care brand based in Somerset, England. It carefully extracts the essence of premium natural ingredients (such as flowers, plants, fruits, and herbs) to create anti-aging products. These include all-natural creams, oils, and serums.

Poppy Austin only sells vegan, organic, and cruelty free skin care products. The brand has received certifications from Choose Cruelty Free and The Vegan Society, whose logos they prominently display on their main web page. When asked if they test on animals, they answered, “Absolutely not. Our products are strictly 100% free from animal testing and always will be. Please read our accreditation with Choose Cruelty Free.”

Additionally, they state that, “Our beloved dogs, Daisy and Willow, come to the office every day and are an integral part of the Poppy Austin team. We abhor companies that test on defenceless animals. So for every bottle sold, we donate a percentage of profits to the Poppy Austin Foundation. Supporting beagle welfare charities and opposing all forms of animal testing.”
