Is GAIA Skin Naturals Cruelty Free?

Yes, GAIA Skin Naturals is cruelty free.

GAIA Skin Naturals began in 2002, when Michelle Vogrinec was looking for a product that would soothe her son’s sensitive skin. Living on a certified organic produce farm, Vogrinec was able to create natural blends that did not aggravate her son’s eczema. Since its conception, the brand has created products safe for babies and pregnant mothers.

On their We Support page, they have listed Choose Cruelty Free (CCF) as one of the organisations they proudly support. Additionally, they give a detailed breakdown of the ingredients they use, revealing, “Our products are also great for humans and animals. We don’t mean that you should start using our Baby Hair and Body Wash on the dog, but all of our products are completely cruelty-free. We test our products on humans (with their permission, of course), not animals. We also don’t use any animal ingredients and all of our products, except the Nipple Balm and Baby Soothing Cream which contain beeswax, are vegan friendly.”
