On their FAQs page, Beysis shares their stance on being a cruelty free and vegan brand. They answer the questions:

Do you test on animals?

“That’s a hard no. In this day and age, there is no reason why cosmetics should be tested on animals. Not only are our products non-toxic, we are also committed to ensuring that no animal is harmed in our production and testing process. Testament to this commitment, we have been certified cruelty free by Australia’s leading body, Cruelty Free Australia.”

Are your products vegan friendly?

“We are proud that all of our products are non-toxic and certified 100% cruelty free by Australia’s leading body, Cruelty Free Australia. In addition, some of our products are suitable for vegans. While we never use animal-derived ingredients, some of our products do contain animal-sourced ingredients such as lanolin and beeswax. If you are vegan, please check the ingredients section on our packaging or on the product pages of our website for any animal-sourced ingredients.”
