First off, the dish contains high amounts of sugar, salt, and fat, which are all very lethal for him. Bloating, gas, and diarrhea are immediate side effects that your dog might experience, but if you continue feeding him baked beans on a regular basis, he might develop diabetes, pancreatitis, or damaged red blood cells.
