Is ONNE Cruelty Free?

Yes, ONNE is cruelty free.

Harnessing the power of nature, ONNE is a completely natural skincare collection that protects the body’s largest organ from environmental, hormonal, and aging factors. Scientifically formulated to “nourish, rejuvenate, restore, soothe and cleanse” the skin, their nutrient-packed products contain mindfully and sustainably sourced local natural and botanical ingredients in Australia. They do not contain nasty chemicals.”

On their About ONNE page, the brand states:

“Our standards are very clear:

  • No synthetic chemicals
  • No petroleum-derived ingredients
  • Never tested on animals
  • No artificial preservatives
  • No GMOs
  • No parabens
  • No sulphates”

Additionally, they share on their FAQ page that “the ONNE range is completely cruelty-free and vegan.” The global Beauty Without Bunnies program by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) certifies that ONNE is both animal test-free and vegan. To be considered as such, ONNE has met two conditions set by the organisation. These are:

“Global animal test-free recognizes companies and brands that have verified that they and their suppliers do not conduct, commission, pay for, or allow any tests on animals for their ingredients, formulations, or finished products anywhere in the world and that they will never do so in the future.

Global animal test-free and vegan recognizes companies and brands that meet the same requirements and whose entire product line is free of animal-derived ingredients. These companies are truly cruelty-free.”
